摘  要:黑素在黑素小体内合成,可保护皮肤和眼睛抵御紫外线辐射,防止内部组织过热,是机体的一种自我保护机制。黑素合成受到精确地调控,体内的多种细胞因子、无机离子等的改变均可明显影响黑素的生物合成。近期有研究表明,自噬亦可作用于参与黑素合成过程中的黑素小体、黑素细胞,影响黑素合成并参与某些色素性疾病的发生、发展。本文就自噬在黑素合成中作用的研究进展作一概述,为相关研究提供线索。Melanin, pigment produced from tyrosine and protects the skin, eyes, and brain from toxic insults and also plays a critical role in the adaptation of organisms to their environment. Melanin formation is a highly regulated cellular pathway. Accumulating evidence suggests that many factors such as cytokines and inorganic ions play important roles in the formation of the melanin. Rencent studies show that autophagy play an intimate role in controlling the production of melanin through participate in the biology of melanosome as well as melanocyte, which are related with the formation of melanin. More importantly, autophagy may involved in the occurrence and development of some skin depigmentation disorder. This paper summarizes the roles of autophagy in the formation of melanin, hope to provide some clues for relevance studies.
