红蓝光联合维胺脂等治疗中重度痤疮115例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察红蓝光联合药物治疗中、重度痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的220例中、重度痤疮患者随机分成两组,全部患者予外涂0.3%维胺脂维E软膏,每日早、晚各1次,并口服维胺脂胶囊50mg,3次/d。另外,治疗组(115例)在予以上药物治疗前先洁面并予红蓝光分别照射10min,2次/周。两组患者的疗程均为4周。结果治疗结束时,治疗组有效率为83.48%,对照组为54.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组12例和对照组8例患者口服药物后感到口干及上腹部不适,轻度皮肤干燥、脱屑;而治疗组有5例、对照组有3例患者外用维胺脂维E软膏后感到皮肤烧灼感、脱皮,但患者均能耐受。结论红蓝光联合维胺脂胶囊、维胺脂维E软膏治疗中、重度痤疮有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应轻微,值得临床选用。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of Omnilux blue and red light combination drug therapy for moderately severe acne vulgaris. Methods Two hundred and twenty cases with moderately se- vere acne vulgaris were divided into two groups randomly. All patients were treated with 0.3% Victoria a- mine resin vitamin E ointment in daily morning and evening, and given Victoria amine resin capsules 50mg 3 times daily. In addition, the treatment group （115 cases）were cleansing and given Omnilux red and blue respectively irradiation 10min,2 times weekly at drug treatment before. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Results The response rates were 83.48% and 54.29% respectively. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. After oral administration of the drug to feel dry mouth and upper abdominal discomfort, mild dry skin, scaling in 12 patients and 8 patients of respectively, external use Victoria amine resin vitamin E ointment after skin cream felt a burning sensation, peeling in 5 patients and 3 patients of respectively, but patients could tolerate. Conclusion Omnilux red and blue light combination Victoria amine resin capsules and Victoria amine resin vitamin E ointment more effective than drug alone in the treatment of moderately severe acne vulgaris.
