摘　　要：通过对泉州沿海村落近代民居外部装饰的内容、题材、元素、材料和工艺等多个方面进行分析的基础上,总结了传统民居装饰的特色,主要为文化的兼容性、继承本土的地域性和与时俱进的发展性,并探讨了造成这种现象背后的原因。其目的是为现代地域性建筑的创作和发展模式提供一种参考。From the analysis on the themes, stories, element, materials and craftmanship of exterior decroation on coastal vernacular architectures in Quanzhou City., the essay draws out the features of traditional vernacular artitectures which include integration of culture, inheritation of regional features, and discusses the causes behind this phenomenon, aiming at providing a reference to the designing and development of modern vernacular architectures.
