WebAC方案在港航管理系统中的应用

摘　　要：随着互联网信息技术的不断发展,电子政务应用也在不断地增加。由于电子政务需要较高安全级别,应用情况比较复杂(包括内网、专网和外网),带来的安全隐患也很大。如何更好地解决电子政务应用系统中的安全问题,已经成为当前电子政务发展的当务之急。Web AC方案主要通过USBKey和加密技术,制定了HTML页面元素规范,从而可以达到身份认证,确保信息安全。通过将Web AC方案应用在港航管理系统中,增强了系统的安全性,为交通信息化系统提供了安全保障。With the rising development of Internet information technology,the application of e- government is increasing. Due to the demands for a higher security,e- government has a complex situation of use（ including the internal,private and external networks）,and hence it brings much security risks. It becomes an imperative of the present e- government development to solve the security issues of the e- government application system more effectively. Web AC program arranged the specification for HTML page elements by a significant use of USBKey and encryption technology,thus identity authentication can be achieved to ensure information security. Applying Web AC program to the ports and navigations management system,it enhances the security of the system,and provides security for the transport information system.
