摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环法用于提高手外科患者满意度的效果。方法:将200例手外伤患者按住院的先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组则采用PDCA循环法的整体护理。采用问卷调查的方法检验两组患者护理服务的效果和及患者及家属的满意度。结果:观察组患者对整体护理和满意度程度均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:PDCA循环法应用于手外科护理服务,能提高患者及家属的满意度,促进整体护理质量的提高。Objective：To explore the effect of PDCA cyclic method on holistic nursing and improving patient＇satisfaction of Department Hand Surgery.Method：200 patients of hand trauma were randomly divided into control group and observation group（100 patients of hand trauma for each group） by the order of admission. The conventional nursing was given to the patients of hand trauma in control group and PDCA cyclic method on holistic nursing was applied in the observation group. The questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the efficacy of PDCA cyclic method on holistic nursing and the degree of satisfaction of patients and their families between the two groups.Result：The degree of satisfaction of patients of hand trauma and nursing effect in the observation group were superior to the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The PDCA cyclic method applied to the holistic nursing in hand surgery department can improve the degree of satisfaction of patients and their families and promote the overall quality of the nursing care.
