安阳市241例布鲁氏菌病发病及临床特点分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析布鲁氏菌病发病及临床特点。方法安阳市2012-2013年确诊的241例布鲁氏菌病患者。根按照行病学接触史、临床症状与体征以及实验室血清学检查为试管凝集实验1：100（＋＋）及以上者为阳性。结果布鲁氏菌病防治工作需要选择以畜间羊只免疫为主的综合性防治方法,在畜间进行羊只检疫盒免疫工作。结论加强布鲁氏菌病防治知识健康促进工作,做到早发现、早治疗,防止急性期转为慢性期。Objective Research and analysis brucellosis pathogenesis and clinical features. Methods Anyang city during 2012-2013 confirmed 241 cases of brucella. Root according to the contact line of epidemiology, clinical symptoms and signs and laboratory serologic test for tube agglutination experiment 1：100 （＋＋） and more positive. Results Brucella prevention and treatment need to select is given priority to with cattle sheep immune between comprehensive prevention and treatment of sheep between animal quarantine box of immunization. Conclusion In the human health promotion knowledge, strengthening prevention and control of brucella do early discovery,early treatment, prevent acute to a chronic phase .
