急救车安瓿药品改进储备方法及使用体会

摘　　要：目的通过应用透明胶带改进原有的传统安瓿药品储备方法,达到每支安瓿多次检查后字迹清晰,减少人为损耗。方法根据安瓿药品瓶的不同规格,用透明胶带按照药品安瓿大小剪成小条,平展地粘贴在每支安瓿的字迹标识上以保护药品标识在检查过程中不被摩擦。结果应用透明胶带改进储备安瓿药品后,多次检查字迹清晰,且每班检查耗时、每月药品损耗、每月药品完好率与实施前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用透明胶带改进储备安瓿药品,可减少药品浪费、节省检查时间,从而提高药品完好率,保证危重患者用药安全。Objective By applying the scotch tape to improve the original traditional ampulla medicine save method,each ampoule can keep clear after repeatedly checking and the loss can be reduced. Methods According to the different specifications of ampulla bottles,the scotch tape can be cut into small pieces in accordance with the ampulla size and flatted to paste on the handwriting identification of each ampulla to protect drug indentification from the friction in the process of checking. Results Using the scotch tape and improving the ampulla medicine reserves,the drug identification remains clear after many times checking.In addition,the time consuming of each class checking,the drug loss of each month and the drug intact rate of each month is statistically significant difference （P〈0.05） comparing the proposeed method with the original save method. Conclusion It can reduce the medicine waste and save the time of drug inspection,by using of the scotch tape to save ampulla drugs.thereby,the drug intact rate can be improved and the safety of medication in critical patients can be ensured.
