摘　　要：维生素A(Vitamin A,VA)是人体必须的一类微量营养素,包括两种活性亚型:VA1(视黄醇,Retinal)和VA2(视黄醛,Retinue和视黄酸,Retinoic acid),以VA1为主。VA具有多方面的生理功能,在维持视力、免疫功能、生长发育、抑制肿瘤生长、改善贫血等方面发挥着非常重要的作用,本文旨在对VA的生理功能进行总结。Vitamin A （VA） is a class of low molecular weight compound having special chemical structure, which contains two kinds of activity substyps：VA1 （Retinal） and VA2 （Retinue and Retinoic acid）, but the VA1 is foremost. VA has many physiological functions, such as keep eyesight, immune function, growth, tumor growth inhibition, improve anemia, at el. This article aims to summarize the physiological functions of VA.
