探析心理护理干预对老年脑神经外科患者的重要性

摘　　要：目的探析心理护理干预对老年脑神经外科患者的临床效果与重要性。方法将我院收治的50例老年脑神经外科患者随机均分为研究组与对照组,每组25例。对照组患者采取常规护理,研究组在此基础上采取心理干预措施。采用Barthel指数对两组患者恢复状况进行评定并比较。结果两组治疗后Barthel指数显著高于治疗前,前后对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的Barthel指数显著高于对照组治疗后的Barthel指数,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑神经外科患者进行心理护理干预能取得显著的临床效果,并且具有重要的临床应用意义,值得全面推广。Objective Analysis of psychological nursing intervention on the clinical effect and the importance of elderly brain surgery patients. Methods 50 cases of our hospital older brain surgery patients randomly divided into research group and control group. The Barthel index to assess and compare the two groups of some patients recovery. Results The two groups after treatment Barthel index is significantly higher than before the differences statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Team Barthel index is significantly higher than the control group after treatment the Barthel index after treatment, compared statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention in patients with senile brain surgery can obtain significant clinical effect, and has important clinical significance, is worth popularization.
