摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们越来越重视身体的健康。应用发展的健康养生就是迎合了人们的心理,各种营养保健食品、医疗器械和健康管理咨询层出不穷,丰富着中国的保健品市场。本文通过探究保健业政府监管中出现的问题,提出具体的完善措施,以保障保健食品业又好又快的发展。With the continuous development of social economy, people＇s living standards improve, people are more and more attention to physical health. Healthy development of health is to be shipped to meet the people＇s psychology, a variety of nutrition and health foods, medical devices and health management consulting endless, rich with China＇s health care market. By exploring government regulation of health problems arising from industry to propose specific measures to improve in order to protect the health food industry, sound and rapid development.
