摘 要:为了提高船舶数据采集的准确性和监测的实时性,减小由于数据采集时间不同步带来的误差,提出了一种精确时间同步下船舶数据采集监测的方法。该方法利用基于IEEE 1588的精确同步秒脉冲信号触发数据采集,将盖有"时间戳"的数据放入缓冲区,保证数据完整上传至处理中心;利用FPGA完成秒脉冲信号的控制和信号的采集与处理等时序的逻辑操作,由上层处理中心经由以太网进行数据传输,完成精确的数据采集、实时监测。仿真和测试结果表明,该方法能够完成精确时间同步数据采集监测,满足电力系统各方面测试精度的要求,对进一步提高船舶数据的精确可用性具有重大意义。For improving the accuracy and real time monitoring performance of ship data acquisition and reducing the error caused by the asynchronous data acquisition, the ship data acquisition monitoring method under precise time synchronous is proposed. With this method, the data acquisition is triggered by precise synchronous second pulse signal based on IEEE 1588, the data with time stamps am put into buffer area, to ensure data to be upioaded into processing center without data loss. The logical operation of time sequence for controlling second pulse signals and data acquisition and processing is obtained using FPGA, via Ethemet, data are transmitted, and precise data acquisition and real time monitoring are completed in upper layer processing center. The results of simulation and test show that the method realizes precise time synchronous data acquisition and monitoring, meets the requirement of electric power system, it possesses important significance for further improve precision and utilization of ship data.
