摘  要:高压大容量试验室频繁的高电压、大电流通断试验,使试验室电磁环境复杂,不仅对搭接回路的隔离开关控制系统造成极大干扰,也对隔离开关的可靠控制提出了很高要求。分析了总线型阀岛的Profibus通信协议的可靠性和保护机制、试验室复杂电磁环境对阀岛的干扰以及各种应对干扰的处理措施,研究了在高压大容量试验室利用总线型阀岛可靠控制大量隔离开关的控制系统。根据控制对象的特殊性,设计了硬件系统和人机界面,解决了开关电器在强磁场下自动化控制困难的难题。The frequent high voltage, high current ON/OFF tests in high voltage and large capacity test laboratories make complex electromagnetic environment around the laboratories, and bring very large interference for control system of the isolation switches, and raise higher requirement of the reliability of the isolation switches. The reliability and protection mechanism of the Profibus communication protocol of bus type valve terminal; the interference of complex electromagnetic environment on the valve island ; and various processing measures of the interference are analyzed, the control system for reliably controlling huge amount of isolation switches by adopting bus type valve terminal in high pressure and large capacity laboratories is researched. In accordance with the particularity of the control object, the hardware system and man machine interface are designed ; the difficulty of automation control of switch appliances under strong magnetic field is solved.
