摘　　要：分析了电网三维GIS的研究现状,在充分调研电力GIS系统特点的基础上,提出了三维GIS的整体设计和具体功能设计,并利用信息交换接口思路解决了三维GIS与其他系统交互问题,为实际的电网管理工作提供了有价值的参考建议。This paper analyzes the current condition of grid 3d GIS. Based on the characteristic of grid GIS, it set up the design framework and concrete function of 3d GIS. This paper solves the problem of interaction with other systems by way of Information exchange interface.And 3d GIS system supply valuable suggestiosns to grid management.
