摘　　要：近年来,体外生命支持(ECLS)治疗在成人急重症治疗中应用越来越多。尤其是近年来,急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)等急性呼吸衰竭(ARF)的治疗方法的改进和体外膜肺氧合机生产技术的改进,体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)在临床上的应用得到了更进一步的推广。《美国呼吸与重症医学杂志》(American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine)最近发表两篇有关ECMO在成人ARF治疗应用以及专家的指南。本文简要介绍ECMO在成人ARF中的应用现状。Application of extracorporeal life support（ECLS） has been dramatically increased in the adult critical care.Along with the major advances in the technology of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation（ECMO） and in the therapy of acute respiratory distress syndrome,ECMO has been increasingly used to support the respiratory system in variety respiratory failures.Recent publications have positioned ECMO in the critically ill adults,especially in acute respiratory failure.This review briefly summarized current literatures of ECMO application in adult respiratory failure.
