摘　　要：构建一套快速、有效及安全的血液保障系统,实现战时及突发事件时血液应急保障和合理调配。本系统覆盖了血站、一线救治机构和血液中心各个环节,精确掌握血液库存,应急血液需求和血液调配的信息。实时监控血液中心、血站及血库库存血液,为实现血液应急保障提供支持。战时血液应急保障信息系统能够实现快速血液保障和调配,有效提高我军战场血液供应效率。Objective To construct a rapid,efficient and secure blood support system,in the aim of achieving blood emergency support and reasonable allocation at wartime and emergencies.Methods This system is designed to cover all aspects of the blood station,the first-line treatment agency and the blood center.We can accurately control inventory blood,the emergency need for blood and the deployment information of blood.Results Monitoring the blood of blood centers,blood stations and blood bank provides a support for blood emergency.Conclusion Achieving blood support and allocation rapidly and completing remote medical consultation to complete remote medical consultation,effectively improves the efficiency of our military blood supply at battlefield.
