摘　　要：目的探讨难治性气胸的综合治疗方法。方法对37例难治性气胸患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结临床治疗经验。结果手术治疗组均治愈,无复发,保守组复发1例,总治愈率97.2%。结论难治性气胸的治疗要手术与保守方法综合应用、分类施治。Objective To explore the comprehensive treatment of refractory pneumothorax.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 37 patients with refractory pneumothorax and summarized the clinical experience.Results Cases in surgical treatment group were cured without recurrence.One case in conservative group was relapsed.The total curative rate was 97.2%.Conclusion Surgical and conservative methods should be both used for refractory pneumothorax and chosen depending on the specific condition.
