摘　　要：由于中国、印度等新兴经济体的崛起以及全球范围内油气资源的产需不平衡,促进油气管道步入第3次建设高潮。全球能源分布可以划分为北美、南美、欧洲及中亚、中东、非洲、亚太6个板块,以各板块的油气生产量和消费量为出发点,介绍了全球油气管道发展现状以及目前规划或在建的几条大型管道的基本情况,重点介绍了中国为保障能源安全和解决能源进口渠道多元化而规划的西北、东北、西南和海上四大油气进口战略通道的现状和发展趋势。Growth of the emerging economies like China and India and the production-demand imbalance of oil and gas resources globally have triggered the third peak of oil and gas pipeline construction. Globally, energy resources mainly distribute in six segments, i.e. North America, South America, Europe ＆ Central Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Based on oil and gas production and consumption in these segments, this paper describes the current status of oil and gas pipelines in the world, and introduces several large pipelines under planning or construction. This paper also expounds the development and trends of four strategic import channels（i.e. Northwest, Northeast, Southwest, and Offshore） in China, which are designed for ensuring energy security and diversifying energy import channels.
