摘 要:再冷凝器是LNG接收站再冷凝工艺的核心设备,既可以冷凝系统产生的BOG,也起到高压泵入口缓冲罐的作用,因此再冷凝器的工艺与控制对于接收站的稳定运行具有至关重要的作用。通过对山东LNG接收站再冷凝器工艺流程及主要参数的阐述,对其控制系统的4个主要控制方面进行了简要分析,并在此基础上提出了针对再冷凝器控制系统优化的两项改进方案:工艺上应该设置有高压泵最小回流至储罐的旁通管道和控制阀门,从而保证再冷凝工艺和接收站稳定运行;控制上可以增加高压泵最小回流线上流量监测和控制,以保证再冷凝器中不会发生由物料不平衡引发的压力和液位波动。Recondenser is the core equipment of recondensation process at LNG terminal. It can condensate the BOG generated in the system, and also act as a buffer tank at the high-pressure pump suction. Therefore, recondenser process and control play a vital role for stable operation of the terminal. Through the exposition of recondenser process and major parameters of Shandong LNG Terminal, four main functions of the control system are analyzed briefly. And on this basis, two improvement schemes for optimizing the recondenser control system are put forward:(1) in view of process, bypass line and control valves should be set from high pressure pump minimum reflux to the tank to ensure the stable operation of recondensation process and receiving terminal; and(2) in view of control, flowrate monitoring and control should be set on high pressure pump minimum reflux line to guarantee that pressure and liquid level fluctuation triggered by material imbalance would not occur in recondenser.
