摘 要:介绍了管道结露的原因和纳米气凝胶的特点,给出使用纳米气凝胶进行管道保温的方案,并与使用常用保温材料的方案进行对比。应用有限元分析软件,建立管道二维轴对称几何模型,模拟不同保温方案下管道的温度场分布。将管道简化为一维模型,计算各个保温方案下的管道外壁温度。在不同环境条件下,纳米气凝胶、保温橡塑、聚氨酯发泡保温材料3种保温方案的对比结果表明:达到同样保温效果时,纳米气凝胶所需的厚度最小。3种保温材料的施工性能和经济性对比结果表明:纳米气凝胶保温毛毡易于施工,省时省力,寿命长,但造价较高。采用纳米气凝胶保温方式,可以有效解决管道结露问题,节约冷量,保障管道的长期安全运行。This paper introduces the causes for pipeline dewing and the characteristics of nano-aerogel, proposes the scheme of pipeline insulation with nano-aerogel, and compares it to the schemes with common insulating materials. With the infinite element analysis software, a 2D axisymmetric geometric model is established to simulate the distribution of temperature field under different insulation schemes. The pipeline is simplified to a 1D model to calculate the external pipe wall temperature under such schemes. Three insulating materials, i.e. nano-aerogel, insulating rubber plastic, and isocyanurate foam, are compared under different temperatures, indicating that, to achieve the same insulating effects, the thickness of nano-aerogel required is the minimum. Comparison of these three schemes in respect of operation performance and economy suggests that nano-aerogel insulating scheme is more operable, time/labor-effective and durable, but costly. It is concluded that the nano-aerogel insulating scheme can effectively address the problem of pipeline sewing with less cold loss, contributing to the long-term safe operation of pipeline.
