喉罩气囊自由充放气在双管喉罩置入时的应用

摘　　要：目的观察喉罩气囊自由充放气方法在一次性双管喉罩置入时的应用,探讨其实用性和安全性。方法选择全麻患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例:A组为气囊自由充放气组,B组为对照组。A组在喉罩置入过程中不取下气囊充气阀的排气卡片,B组气囊内注入10 m L的气体。喉罩置入后取下A组气囊充气阀的排气卡片,给两组喉罩气囊充气,然后通过食管引流通道插入吸痰管。观察两组喉罩置入时间、首次喉罩置入成功率等。术毕拔除喉罩,观察罩体上有无染血,记录术后患者咽部并发症的发生情况。结果 A组首次置入成功率(98%)明显高于B组(83%)。A组喉罩置入时间明显短于B组。两组在喉罩染血、术后咽痛方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喉罩气囊自由充放气方法具有良好的实用性和安全性。Objective To observe the application of freely inflated-deflated balloon method when inserting the double-tube laryngeal mask,and to explore its usefulness and safety.Methods Eighty patients under general anesthesia were randomized into two groups,40 for each group.Freely inflated-deflated balloon method was used in group A,group B as the control group.The deflator card of the bal-loon exhaust valve was not removed during LMA inserting process in group A,while 10ml gas was injected in the balloon of group B. Deflator card was removed after LMA insertion in group A,then the LMA balloon was inflated in both two groups,and the suction tube was inserted through the LMA esophagus drainage channel.The insertion time of LMA and the first-time success rate were observed.Af-ter removing LMA,the blood-stained on LMA was observed,and the incidence of postoperative throat complications was recorded.Re-sults The first-time success rate （98%）in group A was significantly higher than that in group B （83%）.The insertion time of LMA in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B.There were no statistical differences in the bloods-stained on LMA and postop-erative sore throat between the two groups （P 〉0.05）.Conclusions The freely inflated-deflated balloon method has a good usability and safety during inserting the double-tube laryngeal mask.
