摘　　要：目的:观察红酱四妙汤加味治疗慢性盆腔炎湿瘀互结证的临床疗效。方法:对110例患者随机分为两组。治疗组:65例患者口服红酱四妙汤加味(红藤15 g、败酱草15 g、苍术10 g、黄柏10 g、薏苡仁15 g、川牛膝10 g、三棱10 g、莪术10 g、皂角刺10 g、茯苓10 g),每日1剂,每剂水煎3次合药液450 m L,每次服药液150 m L,日服药3次,10 d为一疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。对照组:45例患者口服红金消结片,3次/d,每次4片,10 d为1疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组总有效率88.9%。结论:红酱四妙汤加味治疗慢性盆腔炎湿瘀互结证疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of red sauce four wonderful tonga taste in the treatment of wet stasis mutual junction in chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods： 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 65 patients in the treatment group were administrated with oral red sauce four wonderful tonga taste（ sargentgloryvine stem lost 15 g,herba patriniae 15 g,rhizoma atractylodis 10 g,cortex phellodendri 10 g,semen coicis 15 g,radix cyathulae 10 g,rhizoma sparganii 10 g,rhizoma zedoariae 10 g,spina gleditsiae 10 g,tuckahoe 10 g） one dose a day（ three times per dose of the decoction and 450 m L of liquid）,150 m L each time,three times a day,10 days for a period of treatment,and for three consecutive treatment periods. 45 cases of patients in the control group were given oral red gold junction piece,4 pills each time,three times a day,10 days for a period of treatment,and for three consecutive treatment periods. Results： The total effective rates of both treatment group and control group were respectively 93. 8 % and 88. 9 %. Conclusion： Red sauce four wonderful tonga taste can bring about a curative3 effect on the treatment of wet stasis mutual junction in chronic pelvic inflammation,worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
