我国退役运动员社会保障法律问题探析

摘　　要：对现阶段我国退役运动员社会保障工作中存在的不足与法律问题进行分析。研究表明:我国在针对退役运动员的社会保障工作中缺乏强制力,且存在着较为明显的差异。缺乏相关的立法与对退役运动员社会保障工作重视程度不高,是造成这一现象的主要原因。需要完善相关的法律法规,并且通过国家立法执行统一的退役运动员的社会保障标准。This paper researches the problems and related legal issues of social security of the retired athletes at this stage. The main findings include： China＇s enforcement of the social security for the retired athletes needs to be strengthened, and there are obvious differences. Main reasons of this phenomenon is lack of relevant legislation and the neglect of social security for retired athletes. Relevant laws and regulations need to be improved and a unified social security standard of retired athletes should be implemented by national legislation.
