妇科急腹症患者采用经阴道联合腹部超声检查的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的在急腹症患者诊断中应用经阴道联合腹部超声检查的临床价值分析。方法选取收治的134例急腹症患者作为本次研究对象。按照患者检查时间先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用腹部超声检查;观察组采用经阴道联合腹部超声检查。并以临床病理检查结果为判断标准。观察和比较二组患者临床诊断符合率和检查时间及诊断时间。结果经过与病理检查进行比对,观察组患者诊断符合率为97.01%(65/67)与对照组86.57%(58/67)比较(P<0.05);此外,观察组超声检查时间和诊断时间分别为(15.87±1.31)min、(2.11±1.30)min与对照组(9.75±2.27)min、(2.69±1.71)min比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经研究发现,采用经阴道联合腹部超声检查急腹症患者,虽然检查时间较长,但其能缩短诊断时间,提高临床诊断符合率,进而为临床治疗、诊断提供重要参考价值。Objective To analyze clinical diagnostic value of joint application of transvaginal abdominal ultrasound examination in patients with an acute abdomen. Methods In author＇s hospital in January 2013 to December 2013 admitted 134 cases of acute abdomen patients as the research subjects. According to the time sequence in patients grouped them into control group and the observation group. Control group received the abdominal ultrasound examination, observation group received transvaginal combined abdominal ultrasound. As the gold standard on clinical pathological findings, the clinical diagnostic coincidence rate, times on check and diagnosis were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with pathological examination, the diagnosis coincidence rate in the observation group was 97. 01% （65/67）, and it was higher than control group of 86.57% （58/67） （P〈0.05）. In addition, the ultrasound examination and diagnosis time of observation group were （15.87 ± 1.31 ） rain, （2. 11 ±1.30 ）min respectively, they were longer than the control group （9.75±2.27） min and （2.69±1.71） min （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Trans- vaginal combined abdominal ultrasound examination in patients with acute abdominal pain, while checking for a long time, can shorten the diagnostic time, improve clinical diagnostic coincidence rate, and provide an important reference value for clinical treatment and diagnosis of acute abdominal pain patients.
