品管圈工作模式对肺结核合并糖尿病患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈工作模式对肺结核合并糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法选取2012年10月—2013年10月收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者95例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规工作模式干预,观察组接受品管圈工作模式干预。干预2个月后分别评价二组整体的治疗效果、用药依从性、营养风险和心理状态情况。结果干预前,二组患者一般情况、营养风险和心理状态情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组结核病灶控制总有效率84.4%,血糖控制达标率93.6%,显著高于对照组(63.3%和68.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药依从性高于对照组,营养风险、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈工作模式可有效提高肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果,提高患者用药依从性、降低营养风险,改善患者不良心理。Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle working mode for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes meilitus. Methods All 95 cases were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and experiment group （n = 29）. Patients in control group received regular mode intervention,while patients in experiment group received quality control circle working mode intervention. The overall effect, medication compliance, nutritional risk and psychological state were evaluated 2 months after the intervention. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in general state, the nutritional risk and psychological state between the two groups. After intervention, total efficiency of tu- berculosis control and compliance rate of blood sugar control were 84. 4%, 93.6% respectively, which sig- nificant higher in experiment group than in control group （63.3% and 68.2 % ）. The medication compliance was significant higher and nutritional risk was lower than in control group（P〉0.05）, and the SDS and SAS scores was also significant lower than in control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Quality control circle working mode can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes, and improve the compliance and mood states of patients and reduce the nutritional risk.
