摘　　要：以氯代苄和自制叔氨基硅油为原料,通过季铵化反应合成了新型有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂。讨论了反应物配比、反应温度、反应时间对合成工艺的影响。通过正交实验法确定季铵化反应的最佳工艺为:叔氨基硅油与氯代苄的量之比1∶1.1,反应温度80℃,反应时间6 h。红外光谱证实,产物为有机硅季铵盐。A novel silicone antibacterial finishing agent was synthesized by quaternizationwith benzyl chloride and self-made tertiary amino silicone fluid as the raw materials. Influences of the synthesis processsuch as the molar ratio of the reactant,reaction temperature and time were discussed. The optimum conditions of quaternization obtained by orthogonal experiment were that at a molar ratio of tertiary amino silicone fluid and benzyl chloride of 1∶ 1. 1,80℃,and a reaction time of 6 h. In addition,characterized by qualitative analysis of infrared spectra,the products is proved to be polysiloxane quaternary ammonium salt.
