摘  要:以N,N'-二甲基苯胺为催化剂,用氯化氢对甲基氯硅烷生产的副产物高沸物进行催化裂解,回收以二甲基二氯硅烷为主的混合单体。通过比较渣浆回收高沸物和单体精馏后高沸物的裂解收率、反应速率以及裂解回流组分,找出裂解的主要反应物,以提高裂解收率。结果发现,以渣浆回收高沸物为原料时,裂解收率、反应速率、裂解回流组分中二甲基二氯硅烷的含量都更高;高沸物催化裂解的主要反应物是四甲基二氯二硅烷和三甲基三氯二硅烷,使用富含二硅烷的高沸物进行裂解具有更高的收率。降低单体合成洗涤塔塔底温度可提高渣浆回收高沸物中硅硅键组分的含量,从而提高裂解回收混合单体的质量和总量。Taking N,N’-dimethylaniline as the catalyst,hydrogen chloride was used in catalytic pyrolysis the high boiling byproducts in the production of methyl chlorosilane,recovering the mixed monomer of methyl dichloresilane. Compared the cracking yield,reaction speed of slurry recycling high boiling and reflow cracking component,the main cracking reactants was found to improve the yield of cracking. Results showed that taking slurry recycling high boiling as the materials,the cracking yield,reaction speed,content of dimethyl dichlorosilane were higher; while the main reactant is tetramethyl silane dichloride and methyltrichlorosilane disilane in the process of high boiling cracking catalysis. High cracking with rich silane had a higher yield in pyrolysis. Lower the temperature of scrubber column in the bottom would improve the content of Si-Si components,thus improve the quality and quatity of the mixed monomer.
