摘 要:随着冶金技术的不断完善,钢水浇铸自动控制与关键工艺参数的监测成为提高钢锭成型质量以及安全性的重要手段。针对冶金企业的钢水浇铸自动化应用,提出了一种基于改进型PID算法的钢水浇铸控制与监测系统,利用虚拟仪器技术与Matlab完成系统控制流程与过程计算,结合数据库技术实现整个浇铸过程中关键参数的文本存储并生成钢水浇铸系统监测报告,便于技术人员分析产生质量问题的原因,并及时调整与改进生产工艺,避免了重大安全事故与经济损失的发生,满足了实际工业应用中的生产需要。With the continuous improvement of metallurgical technology,automatic control of molten steel casting and monitoring of the key process parameters become important means of improving the quality and security of steel ingot molding. For molten steel casting automation application of metallurgical enterprises,a molten steel casting control and monitoring system based on improved PID algorithm is put forward in this paper. The virtual instrument technology and Matlab are adopted to complete the system control flow and process calculation. In combination with database technology,the text store of the key parameters in the casting process and generation of monitoring report for the molten steel casting system are realized,so as that the technical staff analyze the product quality,and timely adjust and improve the production process to avoid the occurrence of major safety accidents and economic loss and meet the production needs in the real industrial application.
