跟骨骨折手术后高压氧辅助治疗的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：[目的]观察跟骨骨折手术后高压氧辅助治疗及护理干预措施的临床疗效。[方法]选择2010年1月—2012年12月行跟骨骨折手术的73例病人,随机分为高压氧治疗组(37例)和对照组(36例)。对照组进行常规护理,高压氧治疗组在对照组的基础上进行高压氧辅助治疗及综合专科护理,6d为1个疗程,连续2个疗程,比较分析两组病人治疗后的临床效果及并发症情况。[结果]高压氧治疗组总的并发症为4例(10.8%),对照组为12例(33.3%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。两组病人美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)评分(P=0.032)、SF-36评分(P=0.026)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)(P=0.008),差异均有统计学意义。[结论]高压氧辅助治疗结合相应的护理措施,可以降低跟骨骨折手术后切口并发症的发生率,进一步提高病人临床疗效及生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and nursing intervention meas-ures after operation of calcaneal fracture.Methods：A total of 73 patients undergoing calcaneal fracture operation from January in 2010 to March in 2012 were randomly divided into hyperbaric oxygen treatment group （37 ca-ses）and control group （36 cases）.The patients in control group received routine nursing,while the patients in hyperbaric oxygen treatment group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy and comprehensive professional nursing on the basis of that in control group,6d was a course and 2 courses consecutively,and then to compare and ana-lyze the clinical effect and complications of patients after treatment in both groups.Results：There were 4 cases of complications totally in the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group （10.8%）,and 12 cases in control group （33.3%）, there was statistically significant difference between both groups （P =0.020）.There was statistically significant difference in patients’AOFAS score （P =0.032）,SF 36 score （P =0.026）and VAS score （P =0.008）.Con-clusion：Hyperbaric oxygen adjuvant therapy combined with the corresponding nursing measures can reduce the incidence of incision complications in patients after calcaneal fracture operation and further improve the pa-tients’clinical efficacy and quality of life.
