摘  要:采用反相微乳液聚合制备水溶性交联聚合物调剖剂,研究了该交联聚合物调剖剂分散体系的微球形态、配伍性、封堵性和驱油性能.实验结果表明:合成的调剖剂能够溶于油田污水,不出现絮凝现象;室温水化30d后,调剖剂粒径由水化前的10 ~ 40 nm增至几微米;可对3.0 μm的纤维素酯滤膜形成有效封堵,且微孔滤膜封堵性能随水化时间增加而加强,随矿化度的增加逐渐降低;岩心实验表明,交联聚合物调剖剂能够进入低渗岩心深部,具有良好的注入性能和封堵性能,岩心驱油效果显示交联聚合物调剖剂能够较好地提高采收率,可将模拟油采收率在水驱基础上提高7.3%,在聚驱基础上提高5.3%.The profile controlling agent for the water-solubility crosslinked polymer is prepared by inverse micro-e- mulsion polymerization, and moreover the microsphere configurations, compatibility, plugging and oil-displacing performances of the dispersing system of the agent are develop. The experimental results show that the synthesized profile controlling agent can dissolve in the oilfield wastewater without coagulation; after hydrated for 30 days in the room temperature, the diameter of the microsphere particle increases from 10 ~ 40 nm to several microns; and the agent can effectively block 3. 0μm cellulose ultra-filtration membrane, and furthermore the blocking performances can increase with the hydrated time and reduce gradually with the salinity increase. The core experiments show that the agent can enter into the low-permeability cores deeply and has much better injection and sealing performances; the oil displacing effects of the cores prove that the agent can greatly enhance the recovery factors i. e. improved by 7.3 % on the basis of the water flooding and by 5.3 % based on the polymer flooding for the simulating oil.
