摘　　要：目的:测定黄精膏中水溶性总糖、多糖含量。方法:采用紫外可见分光光度法,经0.2%蒽酮-硫酸溶液显色测定黄精膏中的总糖、多糖含量。结果:实验测得黄精膏中总糖、多糖含量分别为85.63%、31.70%。精密度、回收率实验结果理想。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度高。Objective： To detect the contents of water-soluble total sugar and polysaccharide contained in HuangJing ointment. Methods： The contents of total sugar and polysaccharide in HuangJing ointment were measured by UV spectrophotometry aider HuangJing ointment colored by 0.2% anthranone-sulfuric acid solution. Results： The experiments showed that the contents of total sugar and polysaccharide could reach 85.63% and 31.7% respectively. The accuracy and recovery rate were perfect. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and highly sensitive.
