摘　　要：当前我国焦化行业由于产能过剩、发展粗放、环境压力加大、创新能力不足,进入产业结构深度调整期。在不少企业陷入前所未有困境的情况下,有必要深入研究影响焦化行业发展的积极和消极因素,明析大趋势,转变发展模式,采取应对措施,提高价值集成能力,扭转被动局面,实现行业健康发展。As a result of excessive capacity,extensive development,increasingly environment pressure and lack of innovation, the industrial structure of coking industry in China is stepping into deep adjustment period. Under the circumstance that many companies got into unprecedented difficulties,it is essential to commence an intensive research on the positive and negative factors affecting the devel-opment of coking industry, analyzing the mainstream, reforming development patterns and taking corresponding measures to improve the value integration capability,reverse the passive situation and realize sustainable development of coking industry.
