摘　　要：对煤化工和石油化工等副产和废弃资源在冶金化工园区的综合利用进行了调研。介绍了石化产业中碳元素资源、煤化工副产资源、热电产业副产资源的综合循环利用,以及不同产业间副产物的耦合利用情况。分析了园区发展循环经济所面临的主要问题,同时对园区内"三废"综合利用提出了建设性意见。Based on the survey on the utilization of coal and chemical by-product and petrochemical industry by-product and waste resources in metallurgy chemical industrial park,this paper introduces the comprehensive recycling utilization of carbon resources of petrochemical industry,coal and chemical by-product and by-product of heat and power industry, and comprehensive utilization of the by-products of different industries. This paper also analyzes the main problems existed in the development of cycling economy in the park,and proposes constructive advice on the utilization of ＆quot;three wastes＆quot; in the park.
