宜昌地区变应性鼻炎患者变应原检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的检测宜昌地区变应性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)患者的变应原,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。方法 2011年3月至2012年3月对635例具有AR症状的患者进行变应原皮肤点刺试验(Skin prick test,SPT),分析宜昌地区AR患者的变应原分布特点。结果 635例AR患者中490例(77.17%)SPT呈阳性,其中吸入性变应原阳性397例(62.52%),主要变应原为粉尘螨、户尘螨、梧桐、蒿草等;食入性变应原阳性93例(14.65%),以大豆、虾为主。结论宜昌地区AR患者的过敏原主要为粉尘螨、户尘螨、梧桐、蒿草等。Objective To study the distribution characteristics of the major allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis（AR） in Yichang and provide a reference for the prevention and clinical diagnosis of AR.Methods A total of635 patients from Yichang area were sampled between March 2011 and March 2012.Free point skin prick test（SPT）were performed to analyze the allergens.Results Among 635 patients,490（77.2%） were found to be positive in the skin test.The major inhalation allergens were dermatophagoides farinae,house dust mite,Chinese parasol tree and wormwood.The major ingestive allergens were soybean and shrimp.Conclusion The major aeroallergens in Yichang region in patients with AR are dermatophagoides farinae,house dust mite,Chinese parasol tree and wormwood.
