成都市公共体育设施的供求现状及优化措施研究

摘　　要：基于有效供给、均等化相关理论,运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对成都市公共体育设施的供求现状进行调查,分析大中型体育场馆、街道社区文体活动中心、健身路径及健康绿道在供给过程中存在的问题,并在以上基础上,进行相关优化措施的探讨。研究显示:公共体育设施供给总体不足,且存在区域配置差异;省市级大型体育场馆基本满足大型赛事的需求,但服务于"全面健身"的能力有限;区(县)级体育中心基本达准,但"配置不均衡"、"配套滞后"等问题凸显,且所供给产品存在结构性失衡;街道、社区文体(健身)活动中心(广场、站、点)网络体系基本成型,但供给产品单一;健身路径工程初具规模,配套服务滞后;健康绿道三级网络尚未成型,中心城区供给不足。Based on the concept of effective supply, equalization, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, investigating the current supply and demand situation of public sports facilities in Chengdu, analyzing the existing problems in the process of supplying with public facilities in large and medium-sized stadiums, street, community sport center, fitness path, and green path, we will discuss the relevant optimization measures according to all of the above. The research shows that the overall supply of Chengdu public sport facilities is insufficient, and exists regional configuration differences; provincial stadium can basically meet the demand of major events, but the ability of serving for ＂comprehensive fitness＂ is limited; sports center of districts are basically qualified, but some issues about ＂configuration imbalance＂, ＂the lag of supporting facilities＂ are serious and the supplying products exist structural imbalances; the network system of street,community sport center（square, station, point） is basically formed, but the type of the products is single; the progress of fitness path is under construction, but the relevant services are delayed; Level-3 network of green path has not yet been shaped, which leads to the insufficient supply in the city center.
