摘　　要：介绍了承钢根据现有设备,采用脱硫—提钒—转炉冶炼—LF炉精炼—板坯连铸的生产流程,通过转炉高拉碳、钢包吹氩喂铝线、控制精炼炉渣碱度、全程保护浇铸等工艺措施,在没有电磁制动的情况下,成功开发出了20CrMnTi齿轮钢。经检测,产品成分和性能完全满足用户的需要。It is introduced the development of 20 Cr M n Ti gear steel without electromagnetic braking in Cheng Steel： based on the existing equipments,adopting production flowof desulfurization- vanadium extracting-converter- LF furnace- slab continuous casting,adopting process measures of high tapping carbon content in converter,argon blowing and aluminum line feeding in ladle,controlling basicity of refining slag,full protecting casting. By inspection the composition and properties of products perfectly meets the requirement of customers.
