摘　　要：分析了涤锦超细纤维布与普通聚酯布的区别。从原料的选择,干燥条件,纺丝技术等方面,介绍了高密度涤锦复合超细纤维的关键技术难点。其DTY产品沸水收缩率可达10%以上,织物经处理后,具有特殊的优良性能:织物回缩致密不变形,手感更加柔软,纤维的比表面积大,能满足电子无尘布市场。The differences between PET/PA6 superfine fiber cloth and common polyester cloth were analysed. The key technique difficulties of high density PET/PA6 composite superfine fiber were introduced from raw material se- lection, drying conditions and spinning technique. The boiling water shrinkage of DTY product is more than 10%. After treatment, the fabric has special excellent properties ： the retraction of the fabric is dense and deformation, the feel is soft, the fiber specific surface area is large which can meet the market of electronic clean cloth.
