摘　　要：结合生产实践,对PET装置终聚釜喷淋冷凝器大气腿堵塞的原因进行了剖析,包括落入大气腿的积聚物块过大,终聚釜液位过高,真空度过高和搅拌转速过快,反应温度过高等。找到了预防和处理终聚釜喷淋冷凝器大气腿堵塞的措施。Combination with the production practice, the causes for the clogging of the atmospheric leg of spray con- denser in PET final ploycondensation reactor were analysed systematacially. The causes included too large of the ac- cumulation block fall into the atmospheric leg, too high of the liquid level of final polycondensation reactor, too high of the vaccum degree and too fast of the stirring speed, too high of the reaction temperature. The measures for pre- vention and treatment of the clogging of the atmospheric leg of spray condenser in final ploycondensation reactor were found out.
