摘  要:基础医学发展离不开硕士研究生的工作,但在其培养过程中,尤其是研究生新生阶段,会出现学习盲目、动手能力差、自律性差等问题。针对这些问题,学校应当开展公共技术平台课、热门科研课题讲座等;导师应多与学生沟通、进行"一对一"责任制和给予学生物质精神奖励等;并指导学生应有明确的实验目的、实验计划并学会"学习"。The development of basic medical science is inseparable from the training of postgraduate students,but there are a variety of problems for postgraduates in the course of training,especially during the first year,such as learning without an aim and poor handson ability and self-discipline. To solve these problems,schools should conduct public technology platform courses and seminars about hot research topic; instructors should increase their communication with postgraduate students,carry out one-on-one responsibility system and give students material and spiritual rewards; and postgraduate students should be directed to have a precise purpose,make a training plan and learn to study.
