摘 要:目的建立测定广藿香中二氧化硫含量的离子色谱法。方法在通氮气的条件下加磷酸蒸馏提取二氧化硫,以氢氧化钾溶液(25 mmol/L)-四氢硼钠溶液(10 mmol/L)(9∶1)混合溶液为吸收液。色谱柱为Ion PacAS11-HC柱(250 mm×4 mm);柱温28℃;淋洗液A为氢氧化钾溶液(15 mmo L/L),淋洗液B为氢氧化钾溶液(40 mmo L/L),梯度洗脱;淋洗液流速1.00 m L/min;电导检测法(电导池温度28℃)。结果亚硫酸根进样量在0.020 26~0.810 6μg范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.58%(RSD=0.81%),最低定量限以被测定溶液质量浓度计算为0.029μg/m L。结论该法简便、准确、快速,适用于广藿香中二氧化硫的定量检测。Objective To establish a quantitative analysis method to determining the content of sulfur dioxide in cablin potchouli herb by the ion chromatography. Methods Under the condition of nitrogen, phosphoric acid was added for extracting sulfur dioxide by dis- tillation, the 25 mmol/L KOH solution-10 mmol/L sodium borohydride solution(9 : 1) was used as the absorbing liquid. The IonPac ASll-HC column(250 mm ×4 mm) was used. The column temperature was 28℃;the eluent A was KOH solution(15 mmoL/L); the eluent B was KOH solution(40 mmoL/L) with the gradient elution; the flow rate was 1.00 mL/min; the conductivity detection was adopted with the conductance cell temperature of 28℃. Results The injection volume of sulfite in the range of 0. 020 26 - 0. 810 6 μg showed a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recovery rate was 98.58% (RSD=0. 81% ). The lowest limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0. 029 μg/mL. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, rapid and is suitable for the quantitative determination of sulfur dioxide in cablin potchouli herb.
