Observation on Effect of Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Pump Failure

摘　　要：目的观察重组人脑利钠肽(rh BNP)治疗老年急性心肌梗死泵衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法选择2011年10月至2014年12月接受治疗的老年急性心肌梗死泵衰竭患者168例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各84例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上加用rh BNP进行治疗。结果治疗后,对照组患者脑尿钠肽(BNP)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、血肌酐(SCr)分别为(557±70)mg/L,(342±28)mg/L,(442±128)μmmol/L;观察组分别为(379±51)mg/L,(217±26)mg/L,(142±109)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的79.76%(P<0.05)。结论采用rh BNP治疗老年急性心肌梗死泵衰竭患者效果显著,可显著降低各项检测指标,从而有效增强临床疗效,改善预后效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide （rhBNP） for treating the elderly pa- tients with acute myocardial infarction pump failure. Methods 168 cases of elderly acute myocardial infarction pump failure treated in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2014 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 84 cases in each. The control group was treated by the conventional treatment, while on this basis the ob- servation group adopted rhBNP. Results The levels of brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）, norepinephrine （NE） and creatinine （SCr） after treatment in the control group were （557 ＋70）mg/L, （342 ±28）mmol/L and （442 ± 128）mg/L respectively,which in the observation group were （379 ± 51）mg/L, （217 ± 26）mg/L and （142 ± 109）μmol/L, the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.62%, which was significantly higher than 79. 76% in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Adopting rhBNP in treating elderly acute myocardial infarction pump failure has significant effect, can obviously reduce the levels of various detection indicators, thus effectively enhance the clinical curative effect, plays the role for inhibiting the left ventricular remodeling, can obviously improve the prognosis, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
