摘　　要：系统研究重卡导流罩结构设计方法,对导流罩系统从产品设计到批产的开发流程进行了梳理;介绍导流罩常见结构、材料和工艺方法,同时对导流罩设计中应该遵循的法规要求和设计原则进行了汇总。文章也探究了集成化设计和可靠性设计,注重过程经验的积累,避免批产后问题,从而达到缩短产品开发周期的目的。This paper firstly study the design methods of heavy truck wind deflector structure,carding the development process of wind deflector system from design to production;Then introduce the structure,material and craft method of wind deflector,and collects the laws and regulations which relates to wind deflector. For shortening the develop period of production, paper makes a thorough study on integrated design and reliability.
