摘  要:宁启铁路复线如泰运河1—80m双线钢桁梁,重1 027.5t。在选择钢桁梁架设方法时充分考虑了现场状况,选用浮托法进行钢桁梁架设安装,但在首次实施中架设失利,通过对原方案的优化修改,钢桁梁得以顺利架设到位。具体介绍了浮托顶推架设中关键结构如滑道、顶推装置、临时支墩、水中浮墩的设计与优化,浮托架设的施工步骤,对类似工程有借鉴意义。The 1-80m double-line steel truss girder of the double-track line of the Ning-Qi Railway is 1027.5 tons in weight. When the method for the erection of the steel truss was chosen, the site conditions were taken into full consideration. In this case,the floating erection method was finally chosen. Even so, the first attempt of erection failed. After the original erection scheme was optimized, the steel truss was smoothly erected into place. In this paper introduced in detail are the design and the optimization of the key structures in the course of the floating erection such as the sliding track, the jacking device, temporary supporting piers and floating piers in water, the construction procedures of the floating erection,etc. The project may serve as a useful reference for other projects of similar types.
