中重型颅脑损伤病人延续性护理需求现状

摘　　要：[目的]了解中重型颅脑损伤病人出院后对延续性护理服务的需求内容和需求程度。[方法]在前期质性研究、参阅文献基础上设计延续型护理需求调查表,调查表经5名临床专家评审、修订后使用,采用调查表调查病人一般人口学特征、延续性护理需求的内容、需求满足方式及需求程度。[结果]病人对延续性护理均表现出较高的需求,对延续性护理的需求内容依次是生活护理指导、康复训练、并发症预防、病情观察、安全用药及情感支持,需求形式依次为家庭访视、电话随访、示范教育、个别教育,对网络教育也表现出一定兴趣。[结论]中重度颅脑损伤病人出院后仍然存在迫切的护理服务需求,亟待建立延续性护理服务渠道,通过家庭访视、电话随访等形式及时评估病人需求,给予病人及时的帮助与支持,有利于提高病人及家属的满意度,提高生活质量。Objective：To know about the requirement contents and extent of patients with severe craniocerebral inj ury on continuity of care after discharge.Methods：The continuity of care needs questionnaire was designed in the basis of the preliminary qualitative research and reading literatures,the questionnaire was be used after eval-uating and revised by 5 clinical experts.The questionnaire was used to survey the general demographic charac-teristics,continuity of care needs content and the way of meeting the needs and demand degree of patients.Re-sults：The patient showed a higher demand for the continuity of care,the demand contents included living nurs-ing guide,rehabilitation training,prevention of complications,observation of disease,medication safety and emo-tional support in turn;the demand patterns included home visit and telephone follow up,exemplary education and individual education in turn,and they show definite interest for the network education.Conclusion：The mid severe craniocerebral inj ury patients after discharge still have an urgent care service demand to establish conti-nuity of care service channel,through home visit and telephone follow up to assess the needs of patients time-ly,give help and support for the patients in time.It is beneficial to improve the patient’s and family’s satisfac-tion,so as to improve their quality of life.
