摘　　要：公共信息服务体系的建设和完善对我国新型城镇化战略的作用不言而喻。从系统论的角度将公共信息服务体系概括为服务的提供主体、公众、公共信息资源和公共信息服务平台4个子系统。在分析新型城镇化建设中存在的问题基础上提出相应的构建策略,从而更好地为新型城镇化建设服务。The construction and improvement of public information service system has a great effect to the new urbanization strategy. From the perspective of system theory, public information service system can be summarized as four subsystems, the provider, the public, public information resources and public information service platform. After analyzing the problems existing in the construction of the new urbanization, the authors propose appropriate strategies to provide better services for the construction of the new urbanization.
