摘　　要：目的 探讨中药洗剂联合微波治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法 将300例患者随机分为两组,200例为治疗组用中药洗剂联合微波治疗;对照组用纯中药洗剂,1疗程后复查统计治愈率,停止治疗3个月统计复发率。结果 两组治愈率及复发率比较差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 中药联合微波治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效好,未发现副反应。[Objective] To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine lotion combined with microwave therapy on mycotic vaginitis. [Methods] 300 patients were divided into two groups. 200 of them were enrolled in the study group receiving combined treatmenti while others received Chinese medicine only serving the control group. The cure rate and reoccurrence rate were observed. [Results] Significant difference was found in cure rate and reoccurrence rate between the two groups ( P < 0.01) . [Conclusion] This combined method was proved effective in treating mycotic vaginitis and has no negative effect.
