摘　　要：通过对测绘生产工作的研究和分析,设计和实现了一种基于PHP开发的在局域网实现B/S结构的集测绘项目管理、日常办公等功能于一体的测绘项目管理系统,该系统包括了项目管理、合同管理、申请审批、津贴管理、人事管理等6大模块,并在天津市测绘院的日常生产工作中得以应用,对测绘项目生产管理提供良好的服务与支持。Through research and analysis of the work of surveying and mapping production,a surveying and mapping project management system based on PHP was designed and realized within the local area network（LAN）,which was integrated with surveying and mapping project management,daily office,and other functions. The system contains six modules such as project management,contract management,apply for examination and approval,allowance dynamic management,personnel management,which was applied to the daily work of Tianjin institute of surveying and mapping. It provides good service and support for the surveying and mapping project management.
