腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术治疗MRKH综合征临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨MRKH综合征(Mayer-Rckitansky-kuster-Hauser Syndrome)的临床特点、诊断及治疗。方法:2005年2月-2014年2月,本院妇科共选择了10例MRKH综合征患者作为研究对象,然后回顾性的分析10例MRKH患者的临床资料。其中,2例患者(结肠组)行结肠代阴道成形术;1例患者(皮瓣组)采用皮瓣代阴道成形术;7例患者(腹膜组)采用腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术。结果:结肠代阴道成形术耗时3.5 h,皮瓣代阴道成形及腹膜代阴道成形术耗时分别为2 h及1.5 h。三组相比,腹膜组的患者性生活满意度最高。结论:MRKH手术方式很多,但腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术的效果较为显著,能够提高患者性生活的质量,安全、微创,所以在阴道成形术中,是一种较好的选择。另外,对患者进行医学心理综合治疗,并对其进行长期随访也是有必要的。Objective： To explore the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of Mayer-RokitanskyKuster-Hauser syndrome. Method： 10 cases with MRKH from February 2005 to February 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, then the clinical data of them was analyzed retrospectively. Among them, two patients（colon group） underwent Colon Vaginoplasty, one patient（group of free skin flap） was given the skin flap vaginoplasty, and 7 cases（peritoneal group） were given the laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty for vaginoplasty treatment. Result： The time of Colon Vaginoplasty was 3.5 hours, and the time of the skin flap vaginoplasty and the laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty were 2 hours and 1.5 hours respectively. The three groups were compared, the satisfaction of patients＇ sex life of peritoneal generation group was highest（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In MRKH operation treatments, laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty makes patients＇ sexual life satisfy, and it is safe, minimally invasive and good effect. So in the vaginoplasty, it is a good choose. In addition, it is necessary for patients to give them medical psychological treatment and the long-term follow-up.
