摘  要:随着经济的不断发展,医疗设备越来越先进,医院的规模越来越大,人们在看病治疗的过程中更加注重服务的质量,因此由于呼唤沟通问题而产生的矛盾和摩擦逐渐的尖锐。所谓护患关系就是指护士与患者之间的充分的交流而产生的影响这个过程。这不仅是信息的传递更加是情感的沟通以及思想的交流。本文首先分析当今情势之下内科护理护患沟通中存在的问题,之后在通过问题的解析提出相应的对策。As the economy continues to develop, more and more advanced medical equipment, increasing the size of the hospital, people pay more attention to the quality of service in the course of medical treatment therapy, contradictions and frictions therefore call communication problems arising due to the gradual sharp. This process is called impact nurse-patient relationship means adequate communication between nurses and patients generated. This is not only convey information more emotional communication and the exchange of ideas. This paper analyzes under medical care and nurse-patient communication problems in today's situation, after parsing through the issue of proposed countermeasures.
