经椎旁肌间隙入路在胸腰椎骨折患者临床治疗中的应用及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经椎旁肌间隙入路在胸腰椎骨折患者中的应用价值。方法:选取胸腰椎骨折患者40例,随机将其分成试验组20例,对照组20例,均给予手术治疗,对照组选择传统后正中入路,试验组选择经椎旁肌间隙入路,比较手术效果。结果:试验组胸腰椎骨折手术效果优于对照组。结论:经椎旁肌间隙入路在胸腰椎骨折患者中具有较高的应用价值,值得各级医院应用、推广。Objective： To explore the application of paraspinal muscle gap approach for the thoracolumbar fracture patients. Method： 40 patients with thoracolumbar facture were chosen and divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group,20 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given the traditional posterior median approach treatment. The patients in the experimental group were given paraspinal muscle gap approach treatment. Then, the operation results were compared between the two groups. Result： The operation effect of thoracolumbar facture in experimental group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Paraspinal muscle gap approach has a remarkable value for the patients with thoracolumbar facture. It should be applied and spread in the hospitals of different levels.
