摘　　要：采用国际标准是研制我国标准的两种方法之一。本文分析了采用国外先进标准《波浪能资源评估》的必要性,研究了使用重新起草法修改采用国外先进标准时对相关内容的处理,说明采标是紧盯国际前沿技术,快速提升我国波浪能资源评估水平的有效措施,对于提高我国波浪能产业的国际竞争力也具有重要意义。Standards adoption of international standards is one of the two methods to develop standards in China. This paper analyzes the necessity of adopting the international standard Assessment of wave energy resource, and researches the revision of to-be-adopted content from foreign advanced standards by the law. It illustrates that adoption of standards is close to the frontier technology worldly, so it is the effective way to rapidly increase the wave energy assessment level, and is of great significance to enhance China＇ s international competitiveness of wave energy industry.
